The Polish international has been a rock in the back this season and you can always expect his name on the teamsheet when it comes out before the match.

He is a leader in the back and seemingly is always in the right spot to make a tackle or a block stopping teams from getting in on net. Ever since Ralph came in as manager, Jan has been a feature in his squads and he is one of the players who has developed nicely under the Austrian and has been a joy to watch.
