Q3) Since the last time we spoke, which Everton players have stepped up and impressed with their performances?

A) When the two sides met at St. Mary’s, Ben Godfrey made his first start for the Toffees, but he has been essentially undroppable since. He’s started 15 of the 17 games for which he has been fit since the Blues’ defeat on the south coast, and has deputized at LB, RB, and CB during that time. His versatility combined with pace and physical dominance has been a huge asset for us. A lot of Evertonians are already calling for him to be club-captain in the future, so he’s definitely one to look out for. I’ll also give an honorable mention to Abdoulaye Doucoure, as he has adjusted superbly to a new role due to Allan’s prolonged absence.
