He is in the same spot as last time in these rankings and it is only because Stuart Armstrong has just been that incredible this season. Truthfully you could swap these two and I would not argue.

He has been Mr. Consistant all season long and has rightfully earned a spot in the English squad and hopefully will be there for the Euros.

I cannot wait to see what the future holds for him.
