Southampton travel to face West Brom in what could be the match that secures their safety in the Premier League for the upcoming season.

Southampton seem to be getting back on track and playing better football and will look to take advantage of playing West Brom who will likely not be around to see the next Premier League season.

Hasenhuttl said he has a healthy roster to work from on Monday so let us take a look at how they will be able to win this match.

How West Brom Will Win

Although it is unlikely they will be able to climb out of the relegation zone there is still a chance and they know if it’s going to happen they will have to win this match against Saints.

The key will be not conceding more than a goal to Southampton if any at all. They have only scored 25 goals on the season so they will need to make them count if they manage to net one against Southampton.

They recently hung 5 on Chelsea and will be motivated so they have that going for them.

How Southampton Will Win

As great as a 2-0 comeback is it is never a good thing to go down two goals in the first place. The Saints will need to avoid the early mistakes and take control of the game early.

They will look to try and take the lead quickly with their press and make it impossible for West Brom to hold onto the ball.

If Southampton can score 2 goals I believe they will win this game, pick up 3 points, and will be unofficially safe for the next season.
