Oriol Romeu

Does this man ever slow down? After coming back from a brutal ankle injury, Romeu has not appeared he has lost a step and has absolutely been bossing the midfield so far this season. He seems to be everyone at once and will make you pay if you do not get out of his way.

Thinking back to the first match the season when an Everton player was engaged in a bit of time-wasting the Spaniard sprinted over the player and ran through his back. He is one player that I am happy is not on the other team.

He may not be the flashiest player but he is the rock of our club and he will always have his teammates’ backs.
