Number 2

Oriol Romeu: 78 ovr

Romeu comes in as the second-best Southampton player according to FIFA and as a CDM in the game, he has stats in the 80s for his defense and physicality. He may disagree with his pace however as the game gave him a 41 in that category making him one of the slowest in the game.

Because of his pace it makes him unusable in the game and you will not see him in many teams if any.

Number 1

James Ward-Prowse: 81 ovr

This should come as no surprise and it is well deserved he is the only Southampton player with a rating over 80. His highest stat is his passing at 86 overall and they gave him a free-kick accuracy of 92.

JWP is more than usable in the early stages of the game and is a luxury in the middle of the park because he can pick out nearly any pass he wants. I will be using him and you should too.
