Mohamed Elyounoussi has enjoyed his return to Southampton thus far and the player in form has been gaining attention from other Premier League clubs.

According to a new report from the daily record, Arsenal and Leicester are two of the of clubs that have now started looking at Elyounoussi.

This really signifies how far the Norweigan has come over the past few seasons. It looked like he was never going to play for Southampton again and now he is a regular starting and gaining attention from around the league.

It just goes to show if you work hard ad never give up it can really pay off in the end. It will be interesting to see if the club will move Elyounoussi however. He was not really part of the plans going into the season and forced his way in.

If the club believe it would be worth it to cash in on his run-of-form then I could see them selling him for a nice profit. But, if they believe they would be much worse off without the player it would make sense to hold onto until the summer.

My first thought is that the club will hold onto him for the time being but he could push himself out to go to a club like Arsenal if he really wanted to.

Southampton finally picked up their first win of the season and if they can start building up points and find themselves in a more comfortable position by January they could cash in on Elyounoussi.

I am excited for the match this weekend and to see if he can continue his form.
