Johannes Spors trusts Sport Republic's club-alliance system to be the best for Southampton. As per him, such a talent-fostering roadmap remains a brilliant prospect for teenagers apart from budding geniuses like Tyler Dibling.

You may not accept it straightaway, but no Southampton player’s popularity has declined more recently than Tyler Dibling’s. And all that due to a Premier League slump and a Three Lions setback.

Still, you know what, none can deny that he is a generational talent. If you feel I am exaggerating, just look at his influence at the club.

Dibling’s rapid rise as a regular in his debut season has reshaped Southampton’s player development strategy. Taking him as a reference, the Saints have turned to signing extremely young talents lately.

To note, weeks ago, Southampton completed signing 15-year-old Luke Hawe. While he’s thriving in the U18 setup, he must feel constant pressure to secure his spot.

After all, everyone knows Amo-Ameyaw's case who left on loan to prove himself amidst exceptional talents like Dibling.

Now, it's easy to imagine the intense competition a 15 or 16-year-old faces in a U18 or U19 system. Positively, that's what Johannes Spors believes to improve in his tenure.

As quoted by the Daily Echo, Spors not only pointed out the issue but suggested its solution also, saying: "Some players, like Tyler Dibling, can jump over that, but not everybody can. You need to have something for them and that's where multi-club can help."

Spors' suggested model tipped to bring glory to Southampton

To clarify, Spors is referring to Sport Republic’s club alliance as the solution to Southampton’s challenge.

How? By an interconnected transfer and development route among Southampton, Goztepe and Valenciennes FC. Through this system, Spors aims to provide a youngster with the perfect competition one needs for his development.

Take, for instance, the example of Goztepe star Kuryu Matsuki, who Southampton might call back next season to fill in Dibling's transfer void.

Sounds interesting, right? Well, it does. If properly implemented, this system can be the pathway for Southampton's Premier League glory days again. For now, let's trust in Spors' ideology.
