Tonda Eckert just continues to amaze from the Southampton dug-out.
Not widely known when taking over from Will Still, having only ever occupied a U21s role at St. Mary's, the German is now a universally loved figure on the South Coast.
Southampton are now 17 games deep into an unbeaten run, with Derby County their latest victims over the weekend, as both Leo Scienza and Taylor Harwood-Bellis scored the crucial goals to steer the Saints to a 2-1 win.
The transformative 33-year-old is unafraid to ring the changes, as well, in order to freshen up his ranks, with four changes on display during the Rams victory, after Southampton's glorious Friday night beating of Wrexham.
Southampton changes work a treat against Derby
Another manager might well have stuck by the side that handed out a bruising 5-1 defeat to the Red Dragons, as the performance from a Saints perspective was near faultless.
But, Eckert knows he can count on his full squad to deliver results, and that shone through against Derby, as the aforementioned Scienza came back into the starting XI - after some injury concerns - and curled home the equaliser.
Moreover, another bold alteration on the promotion aspiring boss' end was dropping Shea Charles, who is apparently on Manchester United's summer shopping list, as he continues to classily go about his business in the Championship.
In his place came Caspar Jandar, and it was a seamless switch, with Jandar winning 11 duels, and spraying the ball about with ease, as another highly rated holding midfielder prospect.
Everyone within Eckert's camp knows their role, which is why they feel so valued, with Finn Azaz well aware he's one of the manager's most trusted assets, considering he started the match against Derby and wasn't dropped.
He would justify his manager's selection choices by teeing up Scienza for his dramatic equaliser, but the Irishman - having run himself into the ground again - did limp off towards the latter stages of the slim win.
Eckert has backed his main man to bounce back quickly from this slight injury issue, however, as he contemplates starting him again versus Blackburn.
Eckert backs Azaz to impress against Blackburn
It's not just Azaz's high energy that has made him a favourite of his manager's, and the wider St Mary's fanbase, this season.
Indeed, he also backs up his high-octane displays with goals and assists by the bucket load, as seen in his ever-growing tally of 11 goals and eight assists in the Championship this campaign.
He would be a big loss, if he was deemed not fit enough to play against the Riversiders, as he does allow the Saints to tick up top.
Eckert reckons the ex-Plymouth Argyle playmaker will be able to dust himself down and go again, with the impressive head coach waxing lyrical about the number ten's professionalism, post the Derby victory.
He said, glowingly: "You won't find many players more professional in the way they live, prepare for games, and use every minute of time for recovery and preparation.
"He came back after the international break and already watched the clips that we showed about Arsenal. It's so professional in everything he does.
"Let's assess over the next days, but it didn't seem anything too major."
These words will be music to the ears of Southampton fans, with Azaz no doubt wanting to shove this injury niggle to one side, in order to guide the Saints to another win versus Blackburn.
If he did fail a late fitness test, though, it's clear that Eckert will have a plan up his sleeve.
