Nathan Redmond

Redmond is the only new signing to feature on this post. He has walked into the team and become the catalyst for most of the good work that happens on the pitch.

He has contributed 7 goals this season in the Premier League. Making him joint top scorer with Charlie Austin. That in itself should put him in the running.

Not just his goals though. His all round work rate and determination to win have shone throughout the season.
