Terence Kongolo (Feyenoord)

Even if Virgil van Dijk does make his rumored move away from the club, Saints will need to sign a new center back regardless. After former club captain, Jose Fonte moved to West Ham and Virgil van Dijk got injured in February’s meeting with Leicester, Saints have been forced to play a weakened center-back pairing of Maya Yoshida and Jack Stephens.

Fresh from winning the Dutch Eredivisie with Feyenoord last season, a player I would like Saints to bring in is Terence Kongolo, who helped to keep twelve clean sheets in their title-winning run. Kongolo also made an average of 3.3 clearances per game and 1.7 Interceptions.
