The Summer transfer window is still young although things are starting to hot up. Many clubs have began their business incredibly early with many big names already settling in with new clubs.

The moment the end of the Premier League season finishes, it seems that teams begin to make their plays for the forthcoming campaign.

Manchester City signed Bernardo Silva from French champions Monaco before May had even concluded, whilst most clubs sacked and recruited their new managers before the end of June.

But Southampton were quite slow to act this summer, with it taking three weeks before Claude Puel was sacked, whilst Jan Bednarek became the side’s first summer signing just a few days ago.
