Luke Dennis – Divock Origi

With Liverpool’s attack looking unplayable so far this season, it’s safe to say Divock Origi won’t be getting as many minutes as a player at his age should. At 22, Origi has plenty of experience, and has been taught well by Jurgen Klopp. But for me- he just doesn’t seem to ‘want it’ enough.

Southampton are crying out for a striker, and Origi must be crying out for a chance to play every week in the Premier league.

His hold up ability is a quality that not many Saints strikers have had since Graziano Pelle. His finishing is not too bad either. I feel this could work as a loan move, as Klopp still highly rates the Belgian and will probably want him back next year with Daniel Sturridge now at 27 years of age.

Goals look like they could be the problem again at Southampton this campaign, but the signing Origi would certainly boost those at the club and provide some much needed competition.
