Gabbiadini heading back to Italy?

According to Sky Sports News, Manolo Gabbiadini has been put up for sale by Saints after falling out of favour at St Mary’s.

The report claims that Serie A clubs AC Milan, Fiorentina and Bologna are interested in bringing him back to his homeland in January to help him revive his career.

Gabbiadini has made just 15 appearances for Saints so far this season and has had to settle with roles from the substitutes bench for much of the campaign.

Overall he has 12 goals in 60 games after a £15m transfer from Napoli in 2017 and will be fondly remembered for his brace in the 2016/17 EFL Cup final should he move on this month.
