Southampton have a number of senior players out on-loan this season as they look for regular first-team football.
The summer may see them given another chance to impress under Ralph Hasenhuttl but could also see a sizeable revamp of the whole first-team squad all together.
Two of those players are winger Sofiane Boufal and striker Guido Carrillo; both of whom may struggle to get back into regular roles with Saints.
They are both currently in Spain with Celta Vigo and Leganes respectively and have faced battles to avoid relegation this season.
Here is how each of them has got on in their season-long loan spells:
Sofiane Boufal
Moments of inspiration for the Moroccan were few and far between with Saints last season and it appears he has had much of the same with Celta Vigo.
25 appearances have seen him play almost 1,500 minutes of football in La Liga, but those games have on yielded just two goals and three assists.
Celta are really struggling this campaign and currently sit one point inside the relegation zone.

With the club in some desperate need of creativity and impetus in attack, it remains to be seen whether Boufal will keep his place in the side until his loan deal ends.
Fellow Saints man Wesley Hoedt joined Boufal at Celta in January and both will helping their temporary employers to survive in the Spanish top-flight.
Guido Carrillo
Carrillo linked up with former Saints manager Mauricio Pellegrino this season at Leganes and they look to be on track to guiding the club to safety in La Liga.
The club currently sit 13th and Carrillo has been a regular starter.
He has made 22 appearances in the league so far and one substitute appearance in the Copa Del Rey.
Carrillo has also managed to net five important goals, with two in particular coming in a 4-2 win against Real Valladolid.
