Jimmy Case

Considered a legend by both Liverpool and Saints fans, Case started his senior career with the Reds and enjoyed great success.

In eight years at Anfield, he won four league titles and three European Cups; making 269 appearances and scoring 46 goals in the process.

Case joined Brighton in 1981 but moved further across the South Coast in 1985 to sign for Saints.

Renowned for his all-action displays in midfield and a terrific shot when in range of the opposition goal, he spent six years at the Dell and played 213 league games in that time.
