Some of Southampton’s senior and academy players have a break away from club football over the next two weeks with the October international break.
The start of the 2019/20 season has been a mixed one for Saints but they will be hoping that a break away from domestic games will help them out.
Three first-team regulars in Jan Bednarek, Maya Yoshida and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg will be away with Poland, Japan and Denmark respectively, whilst a host of other Saints men will be away too.
The likes of Stuart Armstrong, Kevin Danso and Michael Obafemi will be looking to get some minutes under their belts after limited time on the pitch this campaign.
