In-form Ings strikes again

There can’t be many players in the Premier League who are in better form that Danny Ings right now.

The Saints striker netted his fifth goal in his last four games in all competitions to open the scoring and showed why his teammates must exploit his predatory instincts in front of goal more often.

Seizing on a mistake from the usually ultra-reliable Conor Coady, he surged towards goal and got goal side of Willy Boly before rolling in a calm finish across goal.

A couple of other chances also came for Ings earlier in the game and he certainly looks like the man to win games for his side at the moment.
