Sofiane Boufal

Boufal has provided a real burst of creativity and ability when he has come on as a substitute this season.

For that reason, he could be due a start soon – but only when he recovers from a problematic toe injury.

Moussa Djenepo and Boufal seem to be the only players at Saints currently that are capable of beating their markers in order to create for the likes of Danny Ings.

Despite a good impact since returning to the club in the summer, Boufal will have to prove that he can still play at a high level when he starts games.

38 of Boufal’s 73 appearances for Saints have been from the bench.
