Midfielders

James Ward-Prowse, Central-Midfield – 6

Economical with the ball but lost some bite from his play after getting booked in the first-half.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Central-Midfield – 7

Solid display and broke up the play really well. He and Ward-Prowse perhaps got a little caught ahead of the play during the Wolves onslaught.

Stuart Armstrong, Right-Midfield – 6

Lively enough in general without producing anything of note in the final third.

Nathan Redmond, Left-Midfield – 8

Beat his man down the left a few times and produced good crosses that saw chances created for Cedric and Long. Also unlucky to clip the bar with an excellent strike from range.
