Southampton head into the 2020/21 season looking to make more progress under manager Ralph Hasenhuttl.

The turnaround that was seen from the Austrian and his players last season proved that Saints were right to keep faith with the process and keep the setup the same.

Now, with bright new signings coming through the door and the pressing football coming together, things look to be on the up.

Saints learned of their fixture schedule for 2020/21 on Thursday morning and will begin with an away trip to Crystal Palace – a game that saw Saints claim a 2-0 win in 2019/20.

They also end the season with an away trip to West Ham on 23rd May 2021.

Once again, it will probably be pleasing to Ralph Hasenhuttl that his side will have meetings with top-six sides spaced out throughout the schedule.

Three promoted sides in Leeds United, West Bromwich Albion and Fulham are also added to the mix after having impressive seasons in the Championship.
