Adam Armstrong
Southampton fans are well-familiar with Armstrong's struggles to adapt to the pace and athleticism required in the Premier League. However, in his previous three years at Southampton, the 27-year-old has displayed that he improves from each of his previous mistakes and learnings.
Against Stoke City, Armstrong managed to attempt a composed finish to score his penalty and build on his good momentum by calmly placing Sugawara's pass to find the back of the net. Despite not starting seven consecutive league matches, Armstrong showed great positioning on the first goal by timing his run well before giving the 1-0 lead to the Saints.
Now, Armstrong would want to continue his goalscoring form in the upcoming matches as well in order to help Russell Martin's side to take a lot of important points in the Premier League.
