Cameron Archer became the unlikely hero with a late goal in Southampton's dramatic comeback win against Swansea City at the Swansea.com Stadium on Saturday.
Archer came off the bench with just two minutes remaining to break Swansea hearts and ensure that Southampton remain in the hunt for a top-two spot.
Southampton are just one point behind Millwall and Ipswich Town with three Championship matches remaining in the season. The Tractor Boys have a game in hand over the Saints, but they have to travel to St Mary's in what could determine the fate of both clubs.
Southampton player ratings (4-2-3-1)
Goalkeeper and defenders
Goalkeeper - Daniel Peretz: 7/10Â Â Saved two of Swansea's three shots on target and showed solid handling throughout. The Israelis' long-ball distribution was not as accurate as it should have been.
Right back - James Bree: 7/10Â Bree spent more time in the opposition half attacking than he did in defence. Another good performance from the player that Will Still sent out on loan to Charlton.
Centre back - Taylor Harwood-Bellis: 8/10Â A dominant defensive performance. THB won four aerials and made six clearances.
Centre-back - Nathan Wood: 7/10Â A decent performance alongside the skipper. Wood made four clearances and won three aerial battles against his former side.
Left-back - Ryan Manning: 6/10Â The Saints left-back had 111 touches at Swansea. Given the freedom of the left flank, Manning was unable to turn his frequent possession into very much. Perhaps his best moment of the match was when he slid Caspar Jander in on goal with a lovely through ball.
Midfielders
Centre midfield - Flynn Downes: 5/10Â One to forget for the Southampton hard man. Withdrawn at half-time as he was on a yellow and at risk of getting himself sent off.
Centre midfield - Caspar Jander: 9/10Â Jander was brilliant today, both in possession and out. His pinpoint cross to Cameron Archer on the stroke of full-time led to the Saints' winner.
Attackers
Right attacking midfield - Kuryu Matsuki:Â 7/10Â Heavily involved in most of Southampton's best attacks. Six crosses and two shots will probably earn him a spot against Manchester City next weekend.
Central Attacking midfield - Finn Azaz: 7/10Â Brilliant and frustrating in equal measure. Whipped in the cross that Scienza flicked on for Southampton's opener and nearly got on the end of a low cross from Ryan Manning. Gave the ball away carelessly in midfield late on, which almost handed the Swans all three points.
Left attacking midfield - Léo Scienza: 6/10 Let himself down with the quality of his crossing in South Wales. Only two of his ten crosses were accurate, and he struggled for space as the Swans doubled up on him.
Striker - Ross Stewart: 6/10Â Two shots in a match is not enough of a return for a Southampton striker in this team. Should have hit the target in the first half when he elected to pass instead of taking on a shot himself.
