Cedric Soares joined Southampton in 2015 in a £7 million transfer move after his impressive performances for Portuguese side Sporting. Soares quickly established himself as a key player for the Saints and made 138 appearances for Southampton and registered 14 goal contributions.
During that time, the Portugal international lifted the UEFA Euro 2016 and even featured for his national side in the 2018 FIFA World Cup. After that, Soares joined Serie A side Inter Milan on a six-month loan move and joined Arsenal on a loan move in the following season as well.
