Alongside right-wing prodigy Tyler Dibling, Mateus Fernandes has been Southampton's rising star this season. The Portugal youth international completed 14 out of his 18 passes and successfully completed three dribble attempts.
In the first half, Fernandes made a great run into the box but couldn't keep his attempt on goal after a brilliant pass from Tyler Dibling on the right flank. However, in the second half Fernandes won possession during Arsenal's build up play, and made a long through ball for Cameron Archer, who used his blistering pace and took a few touches to find the back of the net with a world class finish.
