Therefore, City's decision to add the talented midfielder to their youth ranks highlights their focus towards developing several young talents at the club. Players like Phil Foden, Jadon Sancho and Cole Palmer are some of the best players to come through the youth ranks at Manchester City and are currently some of the best Premier League stars.
