Ryan Fraser talks about Southampton’s preparations against Manchester United

Russell Martin's side are preparing for their second home game of the Premier League where they will face Manchester United in the fourth league matchday at the St. Mary's Stadium. The Saints haven't started the season well and during the two weeks of international break, have tried to improve their overall performance. Currently, Southampton are nineteenth in the league table and are alongside bottom placed Everyone, are yet to take their first points in the Premier League. 

The two sides will face each other next week in the Carabao Cup and therefore will hope to take some good momentum from their upcoming Premier League matches. While Everton face an away fixture against Champions League side Aston Villa, Southampton turn their focus to their home match against Manchester United. Now, new signing Ryan Fraser has revealed Southampton's preparations for this big home fixture, saying,

"We need to cut out some individual errors. No one tries to make a mistake. I think everyone needs to realise that. I think they are going to come here to press.

But the gaffer has given us all the information, all the know-how, there's no stone unturned with the gaffer here. I think we are ready to face Manchester United."

Fraser highlighted that the Saints have worked on their tactics and are trying to implement manager Russell Martin's playing style in the upcoming matches. Further, the former Newcastle United midfielder is aiming to take some points against the Red Devils, who are coming on the back of two consecutive Premier League defeats despite winning their opening league match. Moreover, Fraser  Now it remains to be seen whether the Saints can put up an improved overall performance in this home game.
