3. Ryan Manning vs Wrexham
One of three Ryan Manning free-kick goals this campaign, the Irish left back let fly to draw Saints level and mount their comeback on the first day of the season.
Manning’s goal made it 1-1, and in magnificent fashion, finding the top corner in front of the Northam Wall - the first goal of the season, and certainly one of the best.

2. Leo Scienza vs Portsmouth
Not one of the best goals of the season in terms of quality or individual brilliance, Scienza’s meant so much to make this list.
Latching onto a through ball on the halfway line and blazing past a Portsmouth defender, the Brazilian fan favourite scored to put the Saints 1-0 up against rivals Portsmouth on their own stomping ground.
While they didn’t go on to win the game, the goal, the celebration and the occasion make this one of the best Saints goals.
