Southampton starlet handed a deserved promotion within England squad

Immensely talented Southampton starlet Tyler Dibling has recently been handed a promotion within the England squad. It's certainly deserved.

It is now the November international break. For better or for worse, Southampton fans can take a break from Saints action for a couple of weeks.

However, this does not mean that the players will remain idle. In fact, there will be a few Southampton players in action for their respective nations.

A lot of the focus from Southampton fans will be on the England international team. This is because two big players, Aaron Ramsdale and Taylor Harwood-Bellis, were called up to the England international team.

They will be joined by a fellow Southampton youngster. While he won't be playing alongside his Southampton teammates, he has made a significant step closer.

As confirmed by Southampton's official website, Tyler Dibling has been named within the England U21 squad for the first time in his life.

Dibling has made signficant progress in the England youth ranks. He has frequented the U16, U17, U18 and U19 teams. Now, he has made a signficant jump to the U21 team.

Dibling is still just 18 years old, so to be entrusted to represent the U21 team is not to be overlooked. He is clearly valued very highly within the England youth ranks, hence why he's been promoted at such a young age.

For Dibling, this could provide immense experience. England prides itself on the ability to promote young players, allowing them to prosper. To do so, there will be significant eyes on Dibling, as he aims to showcase his abilities to those who call the shots.

Coming through the Southampton youth academy, Dibling is beginning to make a name for himself. Make no mistake about it, he will be a star in the future, if he isn't considered one already.
