Southampton travel to Norwich City on Saturday to face a Norwich City side who have improved a little under new boss Philippe Clement.
The Canaries remain five points adrift of safety and will be without their top goalscorer Josh Sargent who suffered a blow to the head during the 1-1 draw away at Sheffield United.
Meanwhile, Southampton Head Coach, Tonda Eckert, has revealed that Tom Fellows has picked up a groin injury and could miss the match at Carrow Road.
The reason for Saints' fans concern is obvious

There was some concern when the lively wing-back was withdrawn against West Brom and, instead of taking his place on the bench, went straight down the tunnel for treatment.
Fellows has been a crucial cog in Southampton's unstoppable wheel under Eckert. In their 3-4-3 formation, the former Albion winger is key in turning defence into attack during transitions. His dribbling ability enables him to carry the ball 30-40 yards and link up with the attacking three.
The mileage that Fellows is directed to cover during a match has now taken its toll. Eckert has over-relied on a system that places too much emphasis on the energy of the wide players.
Both Ryan Manning and Fellows have been playing closer to their own goal in a low-block in recent matches, which could be an attempt to preserve both players. Sadly, all it's done is invited pressure.
Could Fellows' injury be a catalyst for change?

Fellows' groin injury could well be the catalyst for a change in formation away at Norwich on Saturday. That is unless another player can be found to play in a similar way to Fellows.
If Eckert is not willing to change formation, Fellows' replacement is likely to be Ryan Fraser. The 'wee man' was used as a utility player under Will Still. Fraser played in the hybrid wing-back position against Ipswich in Southampton's second game of the season, where they earned a point in a 1-1 draw.
Fraser does not possess the engine that Fellows does and Southampton could find it hard to sustain the style of play they have become accustomed to playing, for the entire 90 minutes.
The veteran Scot looked exposed against the Baggies on Tuesday night, both in terms of pace and positioning.
Eckert's only options are underwhelming

The young German Southampton Head Coach, has few other options on the right-hand side. Both Mads Roerslev and Elias Jelert are injured.
Eckert could to worse than consider playing Ronnie Edwards as a makeshift right back in a back four and play a different system utilising the squad's obvious strength in central midfield.
Southampton fans will be hopeful that Fellows has shrugged off the injury and will be able to play against Norwich. If not, Eckert could be on the receiving end of some mild criticism from the fans for overloading one of Southampton's key players unnecessarily.
