Will Still narrated the training days' luxury Southampton often fail to implement on the Championship stage.

Southampton are coming off from Bristol after breaking the biggest Championship code. Not rowing the points boat faster when the ones at Leicester City and Ipswich Town were getting hammered side by side.

This entire demotion trinity has now been discarded from the playoff seats, and Southampton are back at it, landing the worst fall than those two. As happens always, the Saints wore the mask of a team that had better business to do than pick up the pieces from a 3-1 thrashing.

To call it, the fans can watch and assess all the poor plays done on the field to write a long list of suggestions as to what should have been done, but Will Still doesn't need that realisation, apparently.

His helpless eyes have seen it all when the fanbase anticipates the next matches. Means training days and this time, Still couldn't hold his lips from surrendering to a flattering reality he comes across in practice sessions.

Will Still rues training luck that becomes invisible in Championship

In a Daily Echo report, Still was quoted as confessing: "It's just, you know, you need to keep working at it. And I think the most frustrating thing is that in training, they fly in."

If they cross the goal line there, without much pleading and praying then a second thought must be dedicated to the defensive crew. Could be that the backline is so hollow that they let everyone have a better view of the net's corners.

The Southampton frontmen might also be pumping their morale after leaving their fellow defenders in dust, but Championship rivals owe no gifts to them.

Let's see what does Still come up with to break this training anomaly on matchdays, the big question is will he ever?
