Southampton: Three previous Saints home wins over Watford

Saints 4-0 Watford, 2011/12 Championship

As Saints stepped back into the second-tier in 2011, they took to the challenge fantastically well.

This win was part of a run at the beginning of the season that saw them drop just eight points from a possible 30 and win some games in impressive style.

Club talisman Rickie Lambert put Saints into a 2-0 lead with two trademark penalties, whilst Guly Do Prado put the result beyond doubt in the 70th minute.

There was still enough time for late substitute Lee Holmes to mark his return from a succession of injuries by netting a fourth with two minutes remaining.
